"Let's Be Good!" Animation Video

We started as ten kids buzzing with ideas, but by midday only three of us were still in the production—so I stepped up to lead and set a one-day finish with a 10-hour sprint. We sketched every shot in a free drawing app and made a quick style guide (line weight, colors, character proportions) so our scenes felt like one film. I assigned shots, ran quick check-ins, and kept a live shot list. When the art came in, I took over the final edit, assembling the sequence, fixing pacing, and layering sound effects we recorded ourselves (pencil taps for knocks, whispered whooshes, paper rustles). I also handled the translation and subtitling so we could share it widely. With a little guidance from my mom, Dr. Ani Atanasova, who helped us think through the production sequence, we hit the deadline and published our short, “Let’s be good!”—proof to me that I can lead a team, deliver under pressure, and keep the heart of the story.
